As the days are getting shorter, embark in an adventure by bringing joy to your life thru your nose. Take long walks, smell, and see the different changes of the season. The landscape pictures are from the Verzasca Valley in Ticino, Switzerland, near my home. At the beginning of this valley, there is a dam where they filmed a James Bond movie called Golden Eye. It is supposed to be one of the best stunts in film history. Not to be boastful but they have filmed 5 Bond 007 movies in Switzerland. Thanksgiving is here (for the US) and the holidays are around the corner. Out of all the holidays, Thanksgiving was my favorite one. We don’t celebrate it here, but we do have many beautiful festivities. This year, it will be our second holiday away. At times it feels it was yesterday that Bodhi and I left, and at other times it feels like a long time ago. My virtual BodyTalk practice is growing, thanks to the marketing assistance some of my friends have given me. We are so grateful for it. Nature is amazing and we fill our cup with hiking. My injured knee is finally doing better so I started cycling again and doing some yoga. In summer we took wonderful cooling plunges in the lake and rivers. We also had some adventurous friends visit us which made us very happy. Ticino is such a beautiful part of Switzerland and I hope you can visit sometime.
